This course provides comprehensive guidance on helping your customers choose between Copilot solutions already available from Microsoft, including extending their capabilities, and building their own custom Copilot solutions. It begins with an in-depth exploration of Microsoft's AI strategy and responsible AI practices, followed by techniques for enhancing Copilot functionalities, including using Microsoft Graph connectors and plugins. You will learn about the tools available to build custom Copilots including Copilot Studio and AI Studio to develop both customer and employee assistants with Azure AI, RAG, prompts, and LLMs. This course also covers critical aspects of AI security and governance, such as operationalizing AI responsibly, ensuring customer copyright compliance, and implementing sustainability and security measure for AI solutions.​
